Mooié™ Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 8–11 business days from the date your order is processed and dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Courier Partner

We proudly use Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries throughout South Africa.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure that all orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of Mooié™'s control.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with Aramex Store-to-Door to investigate the matter and assist in finding a suitable resolution.
